Founded in 2003, Mittelmarch is the Indianapolis chapter of Belegarth Medieval Combat Society, a fun, safe, and inclusive sport where participants wear medieval or fantasy-themed clothing and simulate combat with foam-padded weapons.
The fighting is hard and fast and has, since 1979, refined into its own brand of martial arts. The rules are easy to learn, and after a few practices, you will be hooked and bring your friends.
Belegarth promotes the pursuit, study, and appreciation of related arts and sciences from pre-1600’s cultures as well as in the medieval fantasy genres. BMCS 501(c)3 registered educational non-profit organization.
